The Fellowship in Pediatrics is open to both medical graduates (MBBS) and General physicians, and postgraduates (MD/MS/DNB) from all specialties. You should be registered with the National Medical Commission or the State Medical Councils and you should complete the Certificate and Advanced Certificate Course in Pediatrics by Medvarsity to enroll in this fellowship.

In the Fellowship in Pediatrics, you will gain comprehensive knowledge through 10 modules, case studies, and quizzes, culminating in a final assessment and a mandatory 90-day clinical observership.

Clinical observership (also known as the contact program or clinical attachment) refers to the invaluable clinical exposure you will gain through 90 days of training at a leading corporate hospital. During this training, you will study alongside leading doctors at the hospital, allowing you to apply your theoretical knowledge in a clinical setting. This practical experience is crucial for developing your clinical skills and confidence, ensuring you are well-prepared to manage and treat pediatric patients who have complications effectively.

Upon completing the Fellowship in Pediatrics, including the final assessment and clinical observation, graduates will receive a fellowship certificate from Medvarsity along with AHERF and BAC.

Upon completing the Fellowship in Pediatrics by Medvarsity, you are not accredited with any CPD (Continuing Professional Development) hours. The program is designed to provide specialized training and education beyond basic pediatric care, equipping healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in pediatric practice.

The course assessments are conducted at multiple intervals as the course progresses, with each chapter ending in a multiple-choice quiz. If you do not clear the quiz at any level or the final assessment on your first attempt, you will have three attempts to do so. Should you fail to clear the final assessment within these three attempts, you will need to pay reactivation fees to continue. To access the course material online, visit “medvarsity.com” and log in using your mobile number or email ID. After entering the OTP sent to your registered number or email, click “Continue.” Navigate to “My Courses” in your profile to access the enrolled course. By clicking “Start” on the course card, you will be directed to the learning page where all content, including videos and reading material, is available online. The videos cannot be downloaded but can be viewed anytime within the course duration. You can pause and resume modules at your own pace within the course timeframe. The course includes a 90-day clinical observership at a leading corporate hospital. All courses are in English.
